How well our country is doing is linked to our economy, so it is important that the economy is doing well. Through this web quest you will learn just how economics affects your life daily.
The Task:
To begin, you will explore economics by playing Lemonade Stand. Then in groups of 4 you will learn about one area of economics that affects your lives. Your group will teach the class about what you have learned. Your group will also create a poster to display the important facts about your economic concept. These will be displayed around the room as a reference and review for all. Then you will give a quiz to assess your classmates knowledge.Afterwards the class will use the knowledge of economics by exploring Econopolis.

After presenting each topic and taking the accompanying quizzes, you will show that they understand how economics affects our daily lives. You should be able to successfully work your way through Econopolis activities using your new knowledge of economics.
