Multimedia Assessment Rubric

Before beginning a project, adapt this rubric to the specific expectations of your project and students. Then duplicate and distribute the rubric to your students. Discuss the expectations your have for the project. Make sure students understand that you will be assessing their work using these same criteria. Knowing the expectations in advance takes the mystery and surprise out of assessment for students and helps both students and teachers feel more comfortable in evaluating work.
